Step 1 - Software download

Please click on the download link above, you will be given an option to run or save the file.
If you are using Windowx XP, please click run to start the installation procedure and jump to step 2:

If you are running Windows Vista, please click save to desktop.

Once the file has finished downloading, right click the TuningFix.exe and select "Run as adminstrator":

Proceed to step 2.

Step 2 - Updating WinTv components

Please ensure that WinTV application is closed before extracting. You are recommended to close all other program before updating. When you are ready, click extract and the wizard will update the existing files. When updaing is finished, the wizard will close by itself. To let the update to take effect, you are required to restart your computer.

Step 3 - Tune the channels

After your computer has restarted, please proceed scaning the channels by following the instructions in your Quick Installation Guide.
