We have seen some problems with the file 'quartz.dll' if you replace with this version as follows.
Note: Make sure ALL applications are closed before trying the below.
1. You will firstly need to search for the file 'quartz.dll' (Start / Search) the file should be located in the system' or 'system32' directory.
2. Extract the 'quartz.dll' into the directory where the search located the file. It will ask you to overwrite the file, click Yes.
3. Try the TV application again. If the aspect ratio has NOT been addressed try the following:
4. Go into the computer registry Start / Run type in regedit hit OK
under the key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\TechnoTrend\TTDVBSat2\Settings
There are 4 ratio settings:
16:9 Full Mode
16:9 Win Mode
4:3 Full Mode
4:3 WinMode
Set all these to a value of '0' (hexadecimal) by double clicking and entering the '0'.
Set the default value of the Aspect Ratio Value (or may be listed as 'AFD Mode') to'1'.

EPG is dependent on the braodcast and whether or not the broadcaster supports EPG funtions. Please check with the channel provider to see if they support EPG.

No, because the product only uses digital broadcast you cannot connect analogue source to any of the Digital product range.
I do not receive any channels when I installed version 2.15(a) or 2.16?
Make sure your Satellite dish is correctly alligned to the intended satelite.
If you have Firewall software installed this may be blocking the IP packets used to produce the broadcast. Make sure you are NOT connected to the internet, disable your Firewall software and try the TV application again. If this works you will need to tell your Firewall software to allow the IP address of the product.
If the above still does not find any channels try reinstalling the product by following our recommended method by clicking here
I receive error messages when trying to launch the TV application
This is normally a driver installation problem. Try following our recommended installation procedure here
What equipment do I need to receive Digital Satellite?
You will need a Satellite Dish with a LNB, we receommend a Universal LNB, a cable from the satellite dish going into the Digital Satellite product which uses a F-type connector.
See your local Satellite installer for advise on what size dish and the channels you intend to view.
