Create your own Digital Video Recorder! The WinTV-PVR-USB2 turns your PC or laptop into a digital video recorder. Record TV programs or home videos to disk, play them back to your PC screen, or burn them onto DVD. With data rates from 2.5MBits/sec up to 12Mbits/sec (using USB 2.0), you decide how much hard disk space your videos will consume. At DVD quality, a one hour TV show will take 2 gigabytes of hard disk space.

WinTV-PVR-USB2 is easy to install. Just plug it into your PC or laptops USB 1.1 or 2.0 port, connect to a TV antenna or a VCR or camcorder, load the software from our installation CD. Then start watching TV, listen to FM radio and recording your TV or videos to disk!

WinTV-PVR-USB2 includes WinTV-Scheduler. With WinTV-Scheduler, you can control your TV recording on a daily, weekly or random schedule. Automatically record TV programs so you’ll never miss your TV shows again!

Notes

• To use the WinTV-PVR-150 MC LP for TV with the Windows XP Media Center application a Media Center certified DVD or MPEG-2 software decoder is required. If you are building a Media Center PC, refer Microsoft's web site for a list of Media Center certified DVD decoders.
• Burning into VideoCD or S-VideoCD requires that your PC have a CD writer. Burning onto DVD requires that your PC have a DVD-RW or DVD+RW writer.
• TV reception requires an antenna or cable TV connection.
