The Hauppauge Limited Warranty

Hauppauge Digital Asia Pte Ltd Singapore warrants the WinTV board to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year warranty from the date of initial retail purchase. We will, at our option, repair or replace a defective product. The limited warranty does not cover any loses or damage that occur as a result of:
  • Improper installation
  • Misuse or neglect or operation with faulty equipment
  • Repair or modification by anyone other than Hauppauge or an authorised repair agent

    Any services provided for Hardware and/or software Products which are not covered by warranty will be billed on a time and materials basis. The Hauppauge Limited Warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of the Product and may be void in the event that the Product is transferred. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Hauppauge.
